A more sports or deep tissue type of massage. After a quick warm up to the problem area, acrylic cups are applied to the muscles using a vacuum-like suction. This causes the fascia and muscles to lift up rather than be compressed like a traditional massage. Cups are applied for about 10-20 minutes. Once removed the massage therapist will continue with a deep tissue styled massage.
